JAKE'S PORTFOLIO

A project where I really struggled this year was the car project in Engineering. For this project we were grouped up with a partner. We had to choose a model car and put a model of it onto CAD, which is an online modeler. We had to measure each of the parts on our car and put it into the program. After we made all the pieces then we had to assemble the car. My 2 artifacts are my final assembly and the parts we drew on paper. These really showed how much I struggled because on the papers that we drew the parts on, there are a lot of mistakes that we had to cross out because me and my partner didn’t communicate very well. On the final assembly you can see that I didn’t get all the pieces together. I really struggled during this because I didn’t use the class time a lot and I was unfocused.
